Initial Ayurvedic Consultation

The Initial Ayurvedic Consultation is the starting point for new clients and anyone seeking personalized health guidance.

Before Your Session

You’ll complete an in-depth intake form prior to our appointment. This allows me to understand your health history, digestion, sleep, stress, lifestyle, and current concerns so our time together is focused and efficient.

During the Session

The consultation is a one-hour, guided conversation.

We’ll discuss:

  • your constitutional tendencies

  • current imbalances and patterns

  • digestion, energy, sleep, and stress

  • lifestyle and seasonal influences

Recommendations may include dietary guidance, lifestyle adjustments, herbal support, body therapies, or seasonal care. Guidance is individualized and discussed collaboratively.

After the Session

Following your consultation, you’ll receive:

  • a recap email summarizing key recommendations

  • clarity on suggested next steps

  • an invitation to schedule your included 30-minute follow-up call

The follow-up call (approximately one week later) allows time to clarify recommendations, answer questions, and adjust guidance as needed.

Ongoing Ayurvedic Care & Health Coaching

Ayurvedic care is most effective when approached as an ongoing process rather than a one-time visit.

Ongoing sessions may support:

  • digestion and daily routine

  • nervous system regulation

  • stress and lifestyle balance

  • seasonal transitions

  • longer-term health goals

Care plans are flexible and adjusted based on feedback, response, and changes in capacity or season.

Role of Body Therapy

Hands-on Ayurvedic body therapies may be recommended as part of your care. These sessions support rest, integration, circulation, and nervous system balance and can help reinforce the changes discussed in coaching sessions.

Not every client requires the same therapies or frequency. Recommendations are based on what is most supportive for you.
