By the end of your cleanse, many people notice lighter digestion, steadier energy, clearer thinking, deeper sleep, and a renewed connection to their body's natural rhythms. More than anything, this is an opportunity to slow down, reset, and begin the season from a place of greater clarity.
How It Works
Start with a 20-minute Seasonal Cleanse Application call ($30). We'll talk through your health, timing, and capacity for cleansing, explore your constitution (prakruti) and current imbalance (vikruti), and determine which level of support is the best fit.
If you enroll, your $30 application fee is credited toward your required Initial Ayurvedic Consultation ($275). Once your cleanse dates are confirmed, a deposit secures your spot, with the remaining balance due before your cleanse begins.
Returning clients may be able to move directly into planning without a new consultation.

Most clients choose a 3–5 day cleanse, though programs can be customized from 1–7 days based on your goals and schedule.

Yes. Shamana Reset is fully remote and works wherever you are. Guided Cleanse and Deep Renewal Cleanse require in person treatments, so those are best for local clients.

These cleanses are built on traditional Panchakarma approaches and techniques, adapted to fit a modern schedule. Deep Renewal Cleanse is the closest to a full Panchakarma series.

Your cleanse begins with a $30 application call. If you enroll, that fee is credited toward your required Initial Consultation. Once your cleanse dates are scheduled, a deposit reserves your space, with the remaining balance due before your cleanse begins.

Life happens. If you need to cancel your cleanse, your deposit isn't lost. With at least 14 days' notice, we'll gladly apply it toward a future cleanse or any other Healing Well Ayurveda offering within 12 months. Because each cleanse is individually tailored to you—with time dedicated to planning your protocol, preparing your care, and reserving treatment space specifically for you—deposits are otherwise non-refundable.
