Ayurvedic Body Therapies for Personalized Care

Ayurvedic body therapies are designed to support the body’s natural intelligence, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance through touch, warmth, oil, and rhythm.

At HealingWell treatments are not chosen à la carte. Each therapy is offered as part of personalized care, guided by your constitution, current imbalances, season of life, and the time of year.

Some therapies are available as stand-alone sessions, while others are integrated into ongoing care or seasonal cleanse programs.

How Treatments Are Chosen

Your care may include one or more of the therapies below, depending on what is most supportive for you.

If you’re new, the best place to begin is an Initial Ayurvedic Consultation, where we determine the most appropriate approach together.
