Ayurvedic Care & Seasonal Cleanses in Ojai, CA
Better digestion. Real rest. Energy that actually lasts. This is where that starts.
What Is Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old system of traditional Indian medicine, built around restoring balance to your digestion, sleep, energy, and nervous system. New here? Learn more about Ayurveda.
Reset With the Seasons
Spring and fall are the two natural windows Ayurveda points to for clearing out what's built up. I built my seasonal cleanse programs around traditional Panchakarma approaches and techniques, adapted so they actually fit a real life and schedule. Remote or in person, 1-7 days, your pace.
Personalized Ayurvedic Therapies
If you're new here, Abhyanga and Shirodhara are the easiest place to start, warm oil therapies that calm the nervous system and bring you back into your body. From there, care can deepen into customized treatments, seasonal cleanses, and ongoing coaching, whatever you actually need.
New to Ayurveda? An Initial Consultation is the place to begin, real listening, no rushing, guidance built around your constitution and what's going on for you right now.

More Than a Treatment, A Way of Living
Real healing doesn't just happen on the table. It's in the daily stuff, what you eat, how you sleep, how you move through stress. Ayurveda teaches that all disease begins in the gut, so before anything else, we work on the foundation: proper digestion, proper elimination, and clearing out what's built up. That's the root, and it's where lasting change actually starts. I work with clients one on one, in person or remotely from anywhere, to build the rhythms that actually feel sustainable, not another rigid plan you'll abandon in two weeks.
This is also often where the deeper work begins. A lot of clients start with coaching, get a real feel for how their body responds to a more Ayurvedic rhythm, and from there move into a seasonal cleanse or Panchakarma inspired program when they're ready to go further.
Experience Personalized Care
Every session is built around you, your constitution, what's going on for you right now, the season you're in. No two people get the same plan here, even with the same symptoms, because no two constitutions are the same, that's one of the things that makes Ayurveda genuinely different from a one size fits all approach. Whether you need deep rest, digestive support, or just space to exhale, this work meets you where you are.

Moments from Healing Well
Rooted in Reverence
Ayurveda is an ancient healing tradition from India, passed down through generations of teachers, practitioners, and lineage.
Though my own roots lie in the Western world, this work is offered with deep respect, ongoing study, and immense gratitude for the wisdom keepers who continue to share these teachings.
Healing Well Ayurveda is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we slow down enough to listen—to the body, to nature, and to the rhythms that connect us both.
